Dvida Med Spa

Position Overview

Dvida Med Spa is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

The position requires availability on:

Every other Monday
Every Wednesday
Every Saturday

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience from the moment they enter the spa or contact us by phone.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced med spa environment.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet clients and assist them upon arrival.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally.
Respond to client questions and provide accurate information about appointments, treatments, services, and promotions.
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
Check clients in and out and collect payments accurately.
Maintain organized and up-to-date client records.
Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative duties.
Assist with appointment reminders and client follow-up.
Support the team with daily front desk operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Help manage office supplies and front desk inventory.
Communicate effectively with providers and other team members.
Assist with promotions, memberships, treatment packages, and product sales.
Handle client concerns calmly, professionally, and respectfully.
Follow all company policies, privacy procedures, and client confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

Previous med spa experience is highly preferred.
Knowledge of med spa treatments, skincare services, injectables, laser treatments, wellness services, memberships, and treatment packages is a strong plus.
Experience using Zenoti software is helpful and preferred.
Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, spa, salon, hospitality, or medical office experience is preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and confident personality.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, email, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with a multi-line phone system is preferred.
Sales experience or comfort discussing services, treatments, memberships, packages, promotions, and products is a plus.
Bilingual skills are highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable and available to work every other Monday, every Wednesday, and every Saturday.
