Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Med Spa Sales Consultant to join our team. You will lead in-depth client consultations, educate on our treatments and products, craft personalized plans, and drive sales while maintaining our commitment to subtle, high-quality outcomes. When not in consultations, you'll support front desk operations and keep the facility welcoming and efficient, contributing to an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

This is a great fit for a motivated professional with proven med spa sales success who excels in consultative, trust-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive client consultations to assess goals, concerns, and treatment suitability
Expertly present and educate on our services—including injectables (Xeomin, fillers, lip enhancement, PDO threads), lasers, skin rejuvenation, facials, peels, microneedling, and premium retail skincare/products
Recommend customized treatment plans, packages, memberships, and products to align with client needs and achieve sales targets
Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals through effective, non-pressured closing and follow-up
Build lasting client relationships to drive repeat visits, referrals, and loyalty
Handle front desk tasks as needed: greeting clients, phone/email inquiries, scheduling, check-in/out, payments, and light administrative support
Maintain a clean, professional, and serene facility environment
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new protocols, product knowledge, and competitors
Collaborate closely with our medical providers for seamless care and operations

Requirements

At least 2+ years of direct experience working in a medical spa or aesthetic practice (required)
Strong, verifiable sales track record in aesthetics (e.g., consistently meeting/exceeding quotas; provide metrics or references)
In-depth knowledge of med spa procedures (injectables, lasers, skin treatments) and common product lines
Warm, confident, professional communication style with excellent rapport-building skills
Ability to guide clients through decisions with education and trust, not high-pressure tactics
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a busy, client-focused setting
Proficiency with booking/CRM software and basic computer skills
Team-player attitude with flexibility to assist across the spa
High school diploma or equivalent; aesthetician license, sales certifications, or related training a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling high-ticket treatments, packages, or memberships in med spas
Familiarity with North Raleigh market and client demographics
Passion for natural-looking aesthetic results and client education
