Overview
Join our dedicated team as an Infant Provider and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our youngest learners! In this vital role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment tailored specifically for infants. Your enthusiasm and expertise will support their growth, development, and early learning experiences. We are committed to providing a paid position that recognizes your skills and passion for caring for children during their most formative years.

Duties

Provide attentive, loving care to infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, and early cognitive development
Monitor infants’ health and developmental milestones, communicating with parents or guardians regularly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment following health and safety regulations
Assist with feeding routines, diapering, nap schedules, and other daily care needs with patience and professionalism
Support positive behavior management strategies to foster a calm and respectful atmosphere
Collaborate with team members to plan educational activities that encourage curiosity and social interaction

Skills

Proven experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare or preschool environments
Strong knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers
Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response to emergencies
Experience with special education or working with children with disabilities is highly valued
Excellent classroom management skills combined with nurturing caregiving techniques
Ability to effectively communicate with parents, guardians, and team members about each child's progress
Knowledge of behavior management strategies suitable for infants and young children
