Job Description
Rilco — a leader in lubricant and chemical products and services specializing in supply chain optimization, procurement, inventory management, and environmental compliance — is seeking a full-time On-Site Lubricant and Chemical Manager to support operations at a leading manufacturer in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

This hands-on role is responsible for managing the onsite inventory and distribution of lubricants and chemicals used in manufacturing operations. This position ensures materials are available, properly handled, and safely delivered to support continuous production.

The On-Site Representative will work directly within the customer’s facility, maintaining strong communication with both the customer and internal Rilco teams while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. A maintenance or industrial background is strongly recommended as the role involves working around production machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and replenish lubricants, chemicals, and related materials at the customer facility
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
Pull oil samples and collect machine data
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of chemicals
Maintain compliance with environmental and safety regulations
Coordinate with customer personnel to support production needs
Maintain reports and documentation using Microsoft Office and Excel
Follow PPE requirements and maintain a strong safety culture
Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Experience in warehouse, logistics, maintenance, or chemical operations preferred
Industrial or maintenance experience strongly preferred
Ability to follow chemical handling procedures and safety standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Strong organization and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage priorities and follow through on tasks
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays if needed
