Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients.

Duties

Be able to verify insurance coverage.
Be able to call and obtain Prior Authorizations
Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings using office management tools.
Perform data entry tasks
Handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
Support office operations by managing supplies inventory, organizing files, and maintaining office equipment.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring client satisfaction.
Utilize Google Workspace and M
Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills.
Prior experience as a receptionist in medical or dental settings is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills coupled with professional phone communication and office etiquette.
