Full Job Description

About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people and turning conversations into opportunities? We're looking for an Appointment Setter who can confidently engage with prospective home buyers and sellers, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments for our real estate team.In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound leads, helping create a positive experience while ensuring qualified appointments are booked for our agents. What You'll Be Doing

Contact inbound and existing leads through phone calls, with a target of at least 20 outbound calls per day.
Qualify prospective buyers and sellers using established scripts, buyer and seller information sheets, and internal processes.
Schedule qualified appointments for the real estate team.
Follow up with leads in the CRM to maintain engagement and move opportunities through the pipeline.
Support open house campaigns by contacting attendees and booking follow-up appointments.
Accurately document conversations, lead information, and next steps in the CRM.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact through appointment scheduling.

What We're Looking ForTechnical Competencies

Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing sales roles.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
Ability to qualify leads and confidently guide conversations toward booking appointments.
Experience using CRM platforms. Experience with Real Geeks is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging phone presence.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
