ABOUT RENEWAL OASIS

Renewal Oasis Wellness Center is a new luxury wellness destination in Eden Prairie where science meets serenity. We bring together restorative spa experiences, advanced aesthetics, medical wellness, and evidence-based recovery services in one thoughtfully designed environment.

We are seeking warm, polished, and highly organized Front Desk/Guest Experience Coordinators to help create an exceptional experience for every guest—from the first phone call through the completion of their visit.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is more than a traditional front desk position. As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will serve as a welcoming host, knowledgeable guide, and central point of communication for our guests and team.

You will help guests feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for while supporting the smooth daily flow of the wellness center.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Warmly welcome guests and manage the check-in and check-out process
Answer calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate guest information
Help guests understand our services, memberships, packages, and available enhancements
Support membership enrollment and provide thoughtful retail recommendations
Process payments, gift cards, deposits, and membership transactions accurately
Provide appointment confirmations, preparation instructions, and facility information
Coordinate with providers and wellness attendants to support a seamless guest experience
Monitor the daily schedule and communicate delays or changes appropriately
Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming reception area
Respond to guest questions and concerns with warmth, discretion, and good judgment
Protect guest privacy and maintain appropriate confidentiality
Assist with opening, closing, and other daily front-desk responsibilities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

At least one year of experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, medical office, hotel, luxury retail, or customer service preferred
A warm, professional, and polished presence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and gracious
Comfort learning scheduling, point-of-sale, and membership software
Confidence discussing services, memberships, and retail products in a helpful, non-pressured manner
Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative approach
Respect for guest privacy and confidential information
Availability to work some evenings and weekends
