As an Executive <PERSON>, you will drive team performance, ensure impeccable food quality and safety standards, and elevate guest experiences through innovative menu planning and exceptional service. Your leadership will inspire a cohesive, motivated team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Duties

Lead and supervise culinary teams across all departments, including food production, food handling, and catering services, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations to maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and safety standards aligned with fine dining expectations.
Manage inventory control and cost management strategies to optimize food costs while maintaining superior quality.
Enforce strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and health regulations to guarantee a safe environment for staff and guests.
Coordinate banquet events and special catering functions from planning through execution, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Supervise shift management duties including staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team.
Implement innovative food management practices that enhance operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.

Skills

Extensive banquet experience coupled with strong supervising skills in fast-paced hospitality settings.
Proven expertise in dietary department operations, food production, and kitchen management within fine dining or upscale restaurant environments.
Demonstrated leadership in managing teams as a chef or food service manager with excellent team management capabilities.
Deep knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, cost control strategies, and food safety sanitizing procedures.
Skilled in menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary innovation aligned with high-end cuisine standards.
Strong background in restaurant management including shift management, food service experience, catering experience, and hospitality excellence.
Exceptional understanding of the food industry’s best practices for food handling, serving protocols, and kitchen experience to ensure top-tier guest satisfaction.
