About us

UNITED PROMOTIONS, INC is an established photo lab seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Accounting Clerk to support our daily financial operations and general accounting functions.

Our work environment includes:

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Receivables: Process invoices, verify discrepancies, and track incoming payments.
Ledger Maintenance: Reconcile bank and credit card statements, ensuring all general ledger accounts are balanced.
Payroll & Record Keeping: Assist with payroll processing.
Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly profit and loss statements and daily worksheets to report bank transactions.
Administrative Duties: Answer account-related customer inquiries via phone or email and scan or mail documents.

Job Description:

Support the day-to-day accounting functions of the company by entering, reconciling, and monitoring financial records.
Perform and assist in all general accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger reconciliation, inventory maintenance.
Prepare and maintain financial reports.
Prepare reports for internal management.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

·Education: High School Diploma or GED required.·
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting position required.·
Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of accounting software( Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP and Peachtree Accounting a plus.·
Skills: Strong attention to detail, highly organized and the ability to work independently.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Accounting: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: In person
