Full Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Wholesale Operations Manager to support the execution and continuous improvement of our B2B and retail channel operations. This role will serve as a key operational partner to Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, ensuring accurate order processing, vendor compliance, and smooth onboarding of wholesale accounts.

This position is ideal for someone with experience supporting large retail customers and managing operational workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all U.S. wholesale orders and ensure they ship on time and in full
Own EDI end to end, including new retailer connections, testing, go-live, and resolution of transaction errors
Serve as the expert on retailer compliance requirements and translate them into clear direction for the Fulfillment team
Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve chargebacks and deductions, and eliminate their recurring causes
Lead internal onboarding for new wholesale customers across systems, vendor portals, finance, sales, and fulfillment
Maintain retailer vendor portals and own the accuracy of all wholesale product data sent to retail partners
Serve as an operational point of contact for assigned wholesale accounts
Support the Sales team with customer requests, samples, tradeshow planning, display programs, and sales program analysis
Identify process gaps and deliver improvements independently

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in wholesale operations, retail operations, or B2B account support
Experience working with national or big-box retailers and their vendor compliance requirements
Hands-on EDI experience, including 850, 856, and 810 transactions, troubleshooting, and leading new implementations
Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite strongly preferred
Practical fluency with AI tools applied to real operational workflows
Demonstrated track record being a self-starter
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Familiarity with retail vendor portals
Advanced spreadsheet proficiency
Experience managing new customer setups and vendor compliance documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a consistent record of fast, clear responsiveness to internal teams and external partners
