In this role, you will primarily be relied upon to convert existing and new relationships into sales. You will be given a large database of customers that want to do business with us, and your job is to build rapport and lasting relationships with those customers to persuade them to do business with us. Your ability to engage those customers, underwrite their needs and wants, and convert them to closings will measure your success. This is a base salary plus commissions role, and you will have intimate sales and real estate training throughout your time with our company. Position Responsibilities:

A genuine love and desire to build relationships with all types of human beings.
Weekly / Daily appointments to view prospective real estate investments.
Follow up on given leads.
Successfully be able to close leads in an efficient manner.
Communicate effectively via phone, email, text, etc.
Foster and maintain excellent relationships.
Outgoing, intuitive, and empathetic.
Proactive driver of results.
Must be willing to be held accountable.
Report KPI's to track performance.

Minimum Requirements:

You must have sales experience, and already be a closer. Experienced Sales Professionals only.
License is not required.
A strong desire to succeed.
Understanding you are expected to make a minimum of $75k in year 1. No cap on commission.
Passion for sales and for solving problems.
Basic computer knowledge.

The outside sales role is responsible for being professional, respectful, and knowledgeable to all clients. It is your responsibility to sell us as a company, to show prospective sellers and other business professionals why they should sell us their home.

Required Experience: 4+ years of Sales Experience required

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work. This is a full-time position. In office hours are between Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Availability outside of office hours is expected.
