Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Craft Cocktail Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and have a deep appreciation for mixology and customer service. As a Craft Cocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for creating innovative cocktails, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve craft cocktails with precision and creativity, utilizing a variety of techniques and ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Engage with customers to provide personalized service, taking orders efficiently while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Operate Toast POS for order entry and payment processing.
Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure seamless operation during events such as banquets or catering functions.
Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Stay informed about current cocktail trends and menu offerings to enhance the guest experience.
Assist in training new staff members on bar operations, customer service standards, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the food industry, including food handling practices and safety regulations.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours efficiently.
Knowledge of brewing processes is a plus, as well as experience in retail math related to sales performance.
