Full Job Description

Job Overview

I am seeking a dependable, trustworthy, and organized Personal Assistant to help with day-to-day errands and household tasks. This is not an office or executive assistant position. I’m looking for someone who enjoys being out and about, is comfortable driving throughout Maryland, and takes pride in helping make someone else’s life run more smoothly. A company vehicle will be provided for all work-related driving. This role requires strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling personal information. This role involves working independently sometimes and interacting with household members and service providers.

Responsibilities

Run personal and household errands
Grocery shopping and household supply purchases
Pick up prescriptions, dry cleaning, and packages
Deliver and pick up documents
Coordinate and meet contractors or service providers
Take vehicles for routine maintenance and inspections
Assist with miscellaneous personal projects and tasks
Help keep household errands and appointments organized
Travel throughout Maryland as needed
Other adhoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Honest, discreet, and respectful of privacy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable using a smartphone for calls, text messages, GPS navigation, and basic apps
Must be comfortable using digital tools for task tracking, scheduling, and expense logging.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred (but Not Required)

Previous experience as a personal assistant, household assistant, concierge, driver, caregiver, or in another customer service role
Familiarity with the greater Maryland area
