Join a Growing Local Business

AMC Hospitality Group is seeking a highly organized, dependable Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations for our apartment properties and multiple restaurant locations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, and wants a long-term career with opportunities to grow alongside our company.

Responsibilities

Manage apartment leasing administration and tenant communications
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and maintenance requests
Maintain Doorloop and other property management software
Answer phones, emails, and assist walk-in tenants
Organize invoices, receipts, contracts, and company records
Assist with payroll preparation and financial record organization
Pay bills and maintain vendor accounts
Respond to Google reviews and assist with restaurant administrative tasks
Help maintain online ordering platforms and restaurant software
Schedule vendors and coordinate property inspections
Order office supplies and maintain an organized office
Assist ownership with special projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of office administration experience
Property management experience preferred but not required
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable learning new software
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with Buildium, Doorloop, or Toast is a plus
Professional written and verbal communication
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Compensation

Full-Time
