Position: Juice Bar & Kitchen Associate
Schedule: Flexible schedule with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.
Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Weekend availability is required.

We're looking for a dependable, energetic team member who enjoys both hospitality and food preparation. This is a hands-on position where you'll spend much of your day preparing fresh juices, smoothies, acai bowls, coffee drinks, and light food while providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll DoCreate an Exceptional Guest Experience
- Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Learn our menu and confidently explain juices, smoothies, wellness shots, acai bowls, coffees, and healthy food options.
- Help guests choose products based on their preferences and wellness goals.
- Build relationships with returning customers and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Prepare Food & Beverages
- Prepare juices, smoothies, acai bowls, coffee drinks, sandwiches, wraps, salads, waffles, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Prep fresh fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients throughout the day.
- Maintain consistent portioning while minimizing food waste.
- Ensure every item is prepared accurately, efficiently, and beautifully.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- This is a production-focused position. Preparing food and beverages accurately and efficiently is a primary responsibility of this role.
Cashiering & Daily Operations
- Process orders accurately using our Clover point-of-sale system.
- Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Wash dishes, sanitize equipment, and maintain a clean work environment.
- Clean dining areas, countertops, restrooms, and equipment throughout the day.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Jump in wherever needed to help the team provide an outstanding guest experience.

QualificationsRequired
- Previous customer service experience in a restaurant, café, coffee shop, juice bar, smoothie shop, or other fast-paced food service environment.
- Cash handling and point-of-sale experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Current Virgin Islands Health Card (or ability to obtain one).
Strongly Preferred
- Experience preparing food and beverages in a commercial kitchen.
- Experience in a juice bar, smoothie shop, or specialty coffee environment.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy foods.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Applicants should be comfortable spending much of their shift preparing food and beverages in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
Physical Requirements
This position requires standing and moving throughout your entire shift.
Applicants must be able to:
- Stand and walk for 8+ hours.
- Reach, bend, squat, twist, and lift throughout the day.
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
