Full Job Description

We're a well-established, nationally recognized service company looking for a sharp, dependable Operations Manager to run our Brecon, OH location. This is a solo office role — you'll have real ownership, real responsibility, and direct impact on day-to-day operations.

We're not looking for someone who job-hops. We want someone who has put in the time, earned trust, and worked their way up. If you've built a track record of loyalty and growth at your current or previous employer, that tells us a lot about who you are.

What you'll be doing:

Managing the daily operations of a branch office, including scheduling, vendor relationships, and customer service
Leading and holding accountable a team of field personnel
Tracking active work orders and service activity through a cloud-based system
Managing a location budget and monitoring operational performance
Handling title and registration paperwork on behalf of clients
Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
Reporting to regional leadership and supporting company-wide goals

What we're looking for:

Management experience — you've led people and know how to hold a team accountable
Strong attention to detail; this job rewards people who catch things others miss
Comfortable in Excel and confident managing a budget (P&L experience is a plus but not required — if you're detail-oriented, you can learn our financials)
A track record of reliability and tenure at previous employers
Strong communicator who can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Ability to travel 2-3 times per year for company meetings

This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate vehicles as needed.
