Full Job Description

An automotive parts manufacturing company near the Fairfield, OH area is looking for a Japanese-English Translator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous translating experience within a manufacturing environment. They will consider anyone who is bilingual and open to the position as well.

This may be a hybrid or remote position.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.

Responsibilities:

Translation of documents, emails, and audio
Multicultural communication in office and factory settings
Assistance with HR communication and team activities
Address administrative inquiries and questions
Cross department communication and reporting
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Near-first language or business-level fluency in Japanese and English
Basic understanding of administration & clerical procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 20 pounds
