Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, Software related to Dealer Management and DMV Software and fill out manual applications.
Organize and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring excellent client communication.
Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, office aparience and overseeing general administrative functions.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and productivity software for efficient document creation and communication.
Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, filing systems, and technical proficiency in office tools like QuickBooks.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance communication with diverse clients and team members.
Demonstrated clerical experience including front desk operations, calendar management, and office support roles.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of accuracy in proofreading and data entry.
