What You'll Be Doing

Manage Our Website & Digital Presence

Keep our Wix website current with events, promotions, and seasonal updates.
Create and send weekly email newsletters.
Help keep our online presence fresh and engaging.

Coordinate Reservations & Events

Manage reservations for school tours, private events, the Brewpub, and other experiences using Ticket Tailor.
Maintain the internal calendar so everyone stays organized and informed.

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

Answer customer questions by phone, website chat, email, and social media.
Help guests find the perfect experience while providing friendly, knowledgeable service.

Keep the Office Running Smoothly

Process invoices and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Organize office systems and supplies.
Assist with Point-of-Sale (POS) management using Square.
Support day-to-day administrative operations.

Jump In Wherever Needed

This is a family business, and teamwork is everything.

Whether it's helping with signage, lending a hand during festivals, assisting in the market, or supporting special events, everyone works together to create an incredible guest experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

✔ Highly organized and dependable

✔ Comfortable learning and using new technology

✔ Experienced with Google Drive

✔ Familiar with Wix or willing to learn

✔ Comfortable using reservation or scheduling software

✔ Familiar with QuickBooks and Square (or similar programs)

✔ Friendly, positive, and customer-focused

✔ Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

✔ A great communicator both in person and online

✔ Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to improve efficiency

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Experience in any of these areas is a plus:
