Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic <PERSON> to join our hospitality team! In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your multilingual and bilingual skills will help you connect with diverse guests, creating memorable experiences that keep them coming back. With your expertise in hospitality reservation systems, food service, and guest relations, you will contribute to a vibrant, guest-focused environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality career while working in a lively, team-oriented setting.

Duties

Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries using hospitality reservation systems and POS (Point of Sale) systems
Manage guest reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and special requests are accommodated
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Handle credit card payment processing securely and accurately during transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and guest areas, including heavy lifting when necessary
Support food service operations by taking orders, serving guests, and maintaining hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations
Resolve conflicts or guest complaints with tact and professionalism, ensuring positive guest relations
Perform manual handling tasks such as luggage assistance or equipment setup as required
Assist with hotel or resort operations, including guest relations management and conflict resolution

Requirements

Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse guests
Experience in hospitality, hotel front desk operations, or resort environments preferred
Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems, POS systems, and hotel management software
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to perform food service duties and handle credit card payments accurately
Knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR certification is a plus for guest safety assurance
Capable of heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated conflict management skills to resolve guest issues diplomatically
Experience with cleaning routines to maintain a tidy guest area environment
Familiarity with hotel experience standards and guest relations best practices
