New Concept Beauty is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, personable, and dependable Licensed Esthetician/Facial Specialist to join our team part-time.
About New Concept Beauty
New Concept Beauty is a beauty and wellness spa specializing in Japanese Head Spa experiences, skincare and facials, precision brow services, and sensory-focused wellness rituals.
We believe beauty and wellness should feel intentional, personalized, and relaxing. Our goal is to provide each guest with an elevated experience while helping them maintain consistent beauty, skin, brow, and scalp wellness routines.

About the Position
This is a hands-on esthetics position with opportunities to perform and be trained in services including:
- Japanese Head Spa and scalp wellness services
- Facials and skincare treatments
- Brow waxing, shaping and tinting
- Sensory and relaxation-focused services
- Client consultations
- Service enhancements and add-on recommendations
- Client rebooking and prebooking
- Maintaining clean, organized and welcoming treatment spaces
Team members are also cross-trained to assist with guest experience and front desk responsibilities as needed. This may include welcoming guests, check-in and checkout, answering basic service questions, scheduling and rebooking appointments, and supporting daily spa operations.
Schedule
This is a part-time position.
Sunday availability is required, as Sunday is the primary day we are currently looking to fill.
Additional weekday and weekend availability is a plus. Additional hours may become available based on scheduling needs, performance, clientele and business growth.

- Is comfortable providing hands-on and massage-focused services

- Is confident educating clients about services and treatment options
- Is comfortable recommending appropriate upgrades, enhancements and add-on services
- Understands the importance of client retention, rebooking and prebooking
- Is motivated to develop relationships with guests and build a loyal book of returning clients
- Is comfortable supporting front desk and guest experience responsibilities when needed
- Is coachable, motivated and interested in continued professional growth
Previous experience with facials, brow services, scalp treatments, head spa services, retail or other wellness-focused services is a plus.
We also welcome candidates who may not have experience in every service we offer but demonstrate professionalism, strong foundational esthetics skills, excellent client care, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Client Experience, Sales & Building Your Book
We are looking for an esthetician who understands that providing an excellent service is only one part of building a successful career and loyal clientele.
Our providers are expected to confidently educate guests, make thoughtful service recommendations, introduce relevant upgrades and enhancements when appropriate, and encourage clients to prebook their next visit.
We want team members who are motivated to grow their books, develop relationships with returning guests and take an active role in client retention.
Our approach is consultative rather than high-pressure. Recommendations should always be appropriate for the individual guest and focused on improving their experience, supporting their goals and developing long-term client relationships.
Training & Growth
New team members will receive training on New Concept Beauty's service standards and applicable signature protocols, including our Japanese Head Spa experience.
Cross-training may also include guest experience, scheduling, prebooking, service recommendations, client retention, front desk support and daily spa operations.
We are looking for someone who wants more than simply performing appointments. We want a team member who takes pride in their craft, wants to continue learning, is willing to work hard and is excited about developing their clientele within a growing beauty and wellness brand.
Compensation
Hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications.
Additional earning opportunities may include:
- Tips
- Commission opportunities
- Service and retail sales opportunities, where applicable
- Opportunities for increased hours and growth based on business needs and performance
Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process and will depend on experience, qualifications and position responsibilities.
