Company Overview

Specialized Products, Ltd. operates within the electrical assembly contract manufacturing industry. We are committed to delivering high-quality manufacturing solutions and fostering a dynamic, professional environment for our team members.

JOB SUMMARY:

Under direction of the General Manager, an Account Representative will manage customer accounts/orders by communicating effectively with customers and internal personnel.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Receive customer orders.
Review order; pricing, revision level, and due date.
Acknowledge order to customer if required.
Send a copy of order to accounting department.
Enter the order into system and generate work orders.
Review with purchasing to ensure parts are on hand.
Transfer work orders to the Production Manager for production.
Generate packing slips for the customer
Follow up/work with Production Manager to ensure customer due dates are met.
Expedite orders as needed.
Receive and address customer complaints.
Insure ISO policies & procedures are met.
Bring problems/concerns to Staff meetings.
Other duties may be assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Working with Account Rep. policies and procedures.
2-5 years of Account Rep/Inside Sales/Customer Service experience preferred
Bachelor Degree, in a business related area or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Self-starter and the ability to work independently within a team environment.
Positive attitude.
Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Organizational skills for efficient office control are mandatory.
Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts.
Possess solid decision making skills.
Excellent communication skills - verbally and written.
