Full Job Description

Responsibilities

Payroll and data entry for operations, sales, administration.
Maintain and validate vacation / personal time in accounting software on consistent basis
Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
Make contributions to benefit programs as needed such as 401k, Health, Dental and Aflac
Coordinate bonus program calculations.
Prepare and coordinate annual worker’s compensation audit.
Prepare and submit 401K census report as well as the annual 401K audit.

ADP and Spectrum Viewpoint
Multistate Payroll
MS Excel - Vlookups and Pivot Tables
Prevailing Wage Experience

Compensation & Benefits

$60,000-70,000 based off of experience. Bonus potential.
Full Benefits (Health, Dental, and Vision insurance).
