Full Job Description

Position Summary

As a Design Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners seeking bathroom remodeling solutions. You will conduct in-home consultations, design personalized bathroom transformations using the Re-Bath system, and close sales. This role combines sales expertise, design creativity, and project management skills to deliver an effortless, high-quality customer experience.

You will help turn customers’ dreams into reality by guiding them through every step—from needs assessment to final design and proposal. This is a performance-driven position with strong earning potential tied to sales commissions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

Conduct qualified in-home appointments and build strong rapport with homeowners.
Assess customer needs, preferences, and project goals.
Educate customers on Re-Bath products, solutions, and the full remodeling process.
Present customized designs and proposals.
Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly targets.

Design & Project Skills

Perform accurate job site measurements and take high-quality photographs of existing spaces.
Collaborate with customers to create functional and aesthetically pleasing bathroom designs.
Select appropriate products, materials, and finishes from the Re-Bath catalog.
Prepare accurate project cost calculations and proposals.
Use company tools (including design software, Salesforce CRM, and other systems) effectively.

Additional Duties

Learn and strictly follow the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training, and best practices.
Maintain organized records of appointments, customer interactions, and project details.
Coordinate handoffs to production/installation teams for smooth project starts.
Represent Re-Bath professionally in the community and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 2 years of direct-to-consumer sales experience (in-home sales preferred).
Home improvement, remodeling, or kitchen/bath sales experience is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
Coachable and eager to learn the Re-Bath system.
Warm, outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a genuine desire to help customers.
Reliable transportation with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
