Registered Behavior Technician Job Description

Inclusive Options, LLC is seeking an RBT for a part time position of 25 hrs/wk, 11:15-4:15p M-F

Qualifications:

RBT certification preferred
Experience working with children and those on the Autism Spectrum
First Aid/CPR certification preferred or able to complete training to acquire
Able to complete and perform other necessary training required by the program
Fluent in English verbally and written communications
Valid state identification card
Reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities include:

Direct ABA therapy services provided in a small clinic setting
Implement ABA programming and treatment plans as written
Electronic and written documentation of data and session notes as required by the program
Participate in staff meetings and regular trainings as required
Collaboration with peers and supervisors
Other duties as assigned

Benefits:

Hourly pay of $18- $22/hr depending on experience & certifications
Pay increases for positive evaluations and longevity of employment
Small, positive work environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
