Channel Development Manager – ASI & Brand Merch

POSITION DETAILS

Department: Mossy Oak Wholesale, Merchandise & ASI Division

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will develop new business and build lasting customer relationships across the branded merchandise and promotional products space. You are the front line of Mossy Oak’s growth — every relationship you build, every program you develop, and every order you deliver strengthens one of America’s great outdoor brands.

Build Relationships That Last

Develop new business opportunities and cultivate lasting partnerships with buyers, distributors, and corporate clients

Identify customer needs and recommend branded merchandise and promotional product solutions that fit their goals and budget

Represent the Mossy Oak brand with professionalism, integrity, and genuine enthusiasm in every interaction

Create and Deliver Exceptional Programs

Prepare compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations that turn opportunities into orders

Coordinate projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience

Collaborate with internal teams and supplier partners to bring creative merchandise programs to life

Bring fresh ideas, seasonal concepts, and product solutions proactively to clients

Grow Every Day

Stay current on industry trends, products, and opportunities in the branded merchandise and promotional products space

Provide market insight and customer feedback that helps Mossy Oak stay ahead of what buyers want next

Travel as needed to meet customers, attend trade shows and industry events, and pursue new business opportunities

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.

Equivalent demonstrated experience with a proven revenue track record in ASI, promotional merchandise, branded apparel, or wholesale sales will be considered in lieu of degree

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
