Full Job Description

Ramson’s Imports, Inc. continues to expand its product line and proudly offers licensed military, NFL, college, and MLB merchandise. The company serves wholesalers and distributors across the United States, focusing on reliability, product variety, and strong customer relationships.

Role Description: The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely financial records for Ramson’s Imports, Inc. This full-time, on-site role is based in the north side of Columbus, OH and includes responsibilities such as recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing routine financial reports. The Bookkeeper will maintain ledgers, monitor accounts payable and receivable, and support month-end and year-end closing processes. The role also involves working with accounting software, assisting with budget tracking, and collaborating with management to provide clear financial information for decision-making.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or higher in Accounting
4+ Years General Accounting Experience
Applicant must have strong knowledge of: A/R, C/M, A/P, bank reconciliations, GL, and payroll
High level understanding of debits and credits
Microsoft Dynamics GP experience preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency
Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-Time
