Job Overview

Manufacturing experience required!

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Casting and Machining Sales professional to join our innovative team. In this role, you will spearhead the growth of our aluminum, iron and steel forging and casting CNC machining solutions by engaging with clients across diverse industries, understanding their technical needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive business success. Your energetic approach will help expand our market presence, foster strong client relationships, and close high-value deals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen within a fast-paced, collaborative environment committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote casting and machining services to new and existing clients thruout the US and abroad.
Engage in proactive outreach through calls, emails, and industry events to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Review customer CAD models and blue prints to provide quotes for casting, forging and machining
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Provide exceptional pre-sales support by assisting clients with technical inquiries, product demonstrations, and solution engineering solution design.
Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering consistent support, technical guidance, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Skills

Knowledge of Aluminum and Iron castings, Aluminum and Steel Forgings
Proven experience in technical sales within a corporate environment specializing in manufacturing or engineering services such as casting or machining.
Expertise in sales engineering solution design, product demos, technical presentations, and deal closing strategies.
Experience in CNC machining, its capabilities and ability to articulate manufacturing processes of their parts
Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and craft tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Effective communication skills for client interactions, technical explanations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate complex sales initiatives smoothly.
Ability to run basic CAD software and read blueprints with GD&T
Demonstrated ability in business development within technology sectors combined with a proactive approach to client support and relationship management.
