Qualifications and Skills:

Flexibility to work assigned hours and adapt to changing classroom needs
Ability to lift to 40 pounds as needed
Genuine love for children and experience working with young kids
Calm under pressure and able to manage crisis situations with care and professionalism
Understanding of state licensing rules and regulations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Successful completion of a background check
Ability to hear, see, and communicate clearly with or without assistance
Physical capability to actively engage with children and respond in emergencies, including building evacuation
