Main Responsibilities:

Maintaining financial books and records for the firm
Provide reports for the CEO and monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
Oversee and manage all accounting systems and procedures, capturing all billings, receipts, and recording of revenue transactions
Assist in monitoring and managing cash flow
Manage day-to-day AR processing, deposits, and bookkeeping
Run monthly payroll
Provide information to the firms CPA to meet all tax-related requirements
