Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued clients. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and technical proficiency will help ensure a seamless experience for customers while maintaining efficient office operations. Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and office bookings using productivity software such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Handle data entry tasks accurately, including updating client records, maintaining spreadsheets, and filing documents efficiently.
Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, managing phone etiquette, and directing calls appropriately.
Assist with office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing supplies to keep the workspace productive.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing and expense tracking when necessary.
Provide bilingual support to serve diverse client needs effectively, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and productivity software.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience in customer service roles, especially in front desk or administrative settings.
Technical proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and familiarity with data entry processes.
Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
Ability to manage calendar scheduling and office management tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and document processing; experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus.

Knowledge of bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks and basic understanding of medical or dental office procedures is advantageous.
