CNC Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Dublin, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

We're seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team in Dublin, Ohio. If you have experience operating CNC machinery, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality precision parts, we'd love to hear from you!

This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity offering competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and room for career growth.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or other CNC equipment to manufacture precision components.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
Load raw materials and monitor machine performance throughout production.
Perform machine offsets and make minor adjustments to maintain quality standards.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and height gauges.
Change tooling as needed and perform basic machine maintenance.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

Previous CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers.
Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CNC setup and machine offsets.
Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers.
Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming is a plus.
Forklift experience is a plus.
