Full Job Description

Our client is seeking a Legal Operations Project Coordinator for a short-term, project-based engagement expected to last up to three months. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who enjoys improving processes, organizing contracts, and working with technology to create structure within a legal department.

Key Responsibilities
Organize and centralize legal documents, contracts, and related records.
Review, categorize, and migrate agreements into a centralized contract repository.
Manage and track contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, purchase agreements, and other commercial documents.
Extract agreements from shared drives, DocuSign, and other storage locations.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of a new contract database and matter tracking system.
Support electronic signature workflows and document management processes.
Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are properly indexed and easily searchable.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to improve legal operations and document organization.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes through technology and cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications
Experience in legal operations, legal administration, or as a corporate paralegal/legal assistant.
Experience managing contracts and legal documentation within a corporate environment.
Strong familiarity with DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms.
Comfortable working with cloud-based document management systems and technology.
Experience organizing, migrating, or implementing document repositories or databases is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern document management platforms.
