About White Light Behavioral Health

White Light Behavioral Health is a leading provider of addiction treatment and behavioral healthcare in Columbus, Ohio.

What You'll Do

As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care while working alongside physicians, nurses, case managers, and recovery support professionals.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct individual therapy sessions
Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and process groups
Provide family counseling and support
Complete assessments and treatment planning
Develop individualized treatment goals
Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
Coordinate patient care across departments
Assist patients in developing relapse prevention strategies and healthy coping skills

Full-Time

Sunday through Thursday
Tuesday through Saturday

Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Holiday rotation required.
