Full Job Description

Job Overview
This position will perform a variety of tasks in Cheryl’s Food Manufacturing Facility related to producing baked goods and running machines such as a wire cutter, depositor, and packaging machine. Specific functions including mixing, frosting, decorating, and packaging cookies/baked goods.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow daily production assignment given by the Production Leadership Team to include but not limited to any of the following production positions:
Baked Wire Cutter Associate
Labeling Associate
Cake, Brownie Depositing Lead
Muffin Depositing Associate
Frozen Dough Ball Wire Cutter Associate
Packaging Machine Associate
Shrink Wrap Packaging Associate
Custom Decorating Associate
Frosting Machine Associate
Additional responsibilities as required by the Production Leadership Team
Maintain reliable and reasonable attendance

Please note: You will work with allergens including Wheat, Soy, Milk, Eggs, Peanuts, and Tree nuts in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Degree preferred
Previous production experience required

SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS:

2nd Shift: 3:00pm-1:30am Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Complexity: Must have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Working Conditions: Most of the time will be spent in the production area. This is primarily a standing position. Some of the time will be spent at a desk using various office equipment including a computer, fax machine, telephone, etc.

Physical Demands: While performing duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk or stoop for long periods of time, and will frequently be required to reach with his/her hands and arms. You must be able to listen to the instructions given and must properly relay that information to your department or team that you are overseeing. You must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Safety/ Hazards: This position requires the ability to understand and follow company policies along with the procedures of safety rules and regulations. You must be familiar or have prior experience with office equipment.
