What You Will Do At ODM:

Office: Legal Counsel

Bureau: Program Integrity

Classification: Medicaid Health Systems Specialist (PN: 20046562)

Job Overview:

As the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Program Specialist in the Office of Legal Counsel/Program Integrity, Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM), your responsibilities will include:

Assist in the development and implementation of the Alternate Electronic Visit Verification Vendor recertification and oversight initiative
Lead and manage Alternate Electronic Visit Verification Vendor certifications and oversight to ensure effective administration of the program
Maintain relationships with Ohio approved Alternate Electronic Visit Verification Vendors
Research and respond to complex inquiries related to the EVV system, the ODM EVV program and various EVV processes utilizing various systems
Support outreach projects and efforts that include participation in the EVV newsletter process, monthly webinar, targeted provider outreaches and compliance notifications to providers
Independently review and analyze EVV data to support program needs

Qualifications

Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, social or behavioral science, health or statistics; additional 24 mos. exp. specific to subject area of which 12 mos. exp. in use of spreadsheet and database software.

Note: education & experience to be commensurate with approved position description on file.

Or 24 months experience as Medicaid Health Systems Analyst, (65291)

Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above may be substituted for the experience required, but not for the mandated licensure.
