What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome Visitors

Greet guests, clients, and community members professionally and courteously
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department

2. Manage Incoming Calls

Answer calls with a friendly, helpful attitude
Route calls accurately or take clear messages
Respond to general inquiries about APSI

3. Handle Mail & Deliveries

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages

4. Provide Administrative Support

Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
Assist with document preparation and maintain supply inventory

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Bonus: Familiarity with nonprofit or human services work

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized and detail-oriented
