About the Role

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical member of our technical team, ensuring maximum equipment uptime through expert troubleshooting and proactive repairs. You will play a vital role in optimizing the performance of high-speed production lines and facility infrastructure to meet our ambitious operational goals.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve complex issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using technical schematics.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery, including fillers, labelers, palletizers, and stretch wrappers.
Maintain and troubleshoot auxiliary facility equipment such as air compressors, chillers, and water filtration systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of recurring equipment failures and propose long-term technical solutions.
Execute precise repairs and modifications while adhering to strict safety protocols and industrial standards.
Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and work orders to ensure accurate record-keeping and shift continuity.
Support production operators by providing technical guidance and assisting with machine operation when necessary.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
Strong technical aptitude with shop tools, including mills, lathes, and precision measuring instruments.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues effectively to diverse team members.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation.
Must possess a personal set of basic hand tools.

Preferred Skills

6+ years of experience in high-speed bottling, packaging, or plastics manufacturing.
Advanced knowledge of VFDs, servo drives, PLC systems, and industrial communication buses.
Experience with specialized equipment such as Krones, Sidel, or Husky systems.
Skilled in fabrication, including welding (MIG, TIG, or Stick) and metal cutting.
Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.
Proven track record of project management or technical leadership within a plant setting.
