We are seeking an organized and personable Receptionist/Administrator Helper to be the welcoming face of our trucking company and repair shop. The Receptionist will handle front-desk operations, assist with administrative tasks, and support customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person, on the phone, and via email with professionalism and courtesy.

Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar for service technicians.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area and customer waiting room.

Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records in the system.

Provide basic information about services and pricing to customers.

Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.

Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment (phones, printers, etc.).

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Friendly and professional demeanor.

Knowledge of trucking industry or diesel repair is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate: $11-$18 per hour, based on experience.
