Due to increased demand, we have the following opportunities for qualified, experienced, and dedicated West Virginia and Ohio Attorneys:

Current Opportunities:

1. Remote, Contract-based Ohio Personal Injury Attorney Opportunity
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Personal Injury Law
- Located near Canton, Ohio (Cleveland and Columbus area candidates will also be considered)
2. Remote, Contract-based Ohio Plaintiff's Employment Litigation Attorney Opportunity
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Employment Litigation Law
- Located near Canton, Ohio (Cleveland and Columbus area candidates will also be considered)

3. Remote, Contract-based West Virginia Personal Injury Attorney Opportunity- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of West Virginia
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Personal Injury Law
- Located near Morgantown, West Virginia
4. Remote, Contract-based West Virginia Plaintiff's Employment Law Attorney Opportunity- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of West Virginia
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Employment Litigation Law
- Located near Morgantown, West Virginia

Attorney Requirements:- Willing to travel within the state to hearings, depos, mediations, etc., if necessary
- Always prepared in advance of deadlines- Excellent, proactive client communication skills- Accurate and high quality work product- Must be a team player and compassionate- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters efficiently- Self-starter who can work independently- Prefer candidates interested in long-term growth potential to full time

Our Attorney pay rate starts at $90/hour.
