Full Job Description

Griswold Home Care for South Columbus & Fairfield County is seeking a part-time Office Staff Member to support our non-medical home care team. This role is based in Groveport, OH and offers $18.00 per hour, paid weekly. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, providing essential support to staff and clients alike.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
Maintain accurate client and caregiver records
Prepare and file documents and reports as needed
Support front-desk visitors and provide excellent customer service
Assist with billing and payroll processing
Handle general office administrative tasks to support the team

Requirements

Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
A compassionate approach aligned with our caregiving mission
Must be able to work part-time hours in Groveport, OH
