The part time Administrative Assistant/Transaction Coordinator will support the daily operations for a high producing real estate team and Brokerage serving as an ambassador for the company. This position will be executing many administrative needs to help increase efficiency and allow for additional growth opportunities.

Perfect for someone seeking a part-time day job focused on keeping files organized and maintaining a streamlined system.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Plan and execute marketing material on multiple social media platforms.
Create marketing flyers with design tools (i.e. Canva, Adobe, etc.).
Assist with data entry and transaction processing for agents (Excel, Canva, Dotloop)
Execute post closing checklist for all closed transactions.
Facilitate the transactions from contract to close with all clients and affiliates.
Prepare Listing and Buyers presentations and paperwork.
Troubleshoots problems with office internet, printer and other technologies when necessary.
Navigate through the Multiple Listing Service (mls).
Maintains office roster, phone list for Owner.
Coordinate office meetings.
Schedule showings.
Work within KV Core CRM system, Constant Contact & Excel to ensure proper client classification and data accuracy.
Provide back up support for the Office Manager/Front Desk as needed.

Compensation:

Pay type: hourly
Pay Range: Negotiable based on experience and skill level

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
