Account Manager (B2B) – Customer Account Partner

Location: Dublin, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Type: Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview

SkySource Solutions is seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager (Customer Account Partner) to support and grow a portfolio of B2B clients. This is a highly visible, fast-paced role where you will serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring exceptional service delivery while strengthening long-term relationships.

You will play a critical role in aligning customer satisfaction with company performance goals, making decisions that positively impact both the client experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of B2B customer accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Act as a customer advocate, ensuring needs are communicated and met internally
Oversee order activity and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Proactively resolve issues and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Make informed decisions in alignment with financial targets and service standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success
Maintain accurate documentation and updates within CRM systems
Ensure compliance with company standards related to safety, ethics, and operations

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience managing a dedicated account portfolio
3+ years of B2B account management or service experience with proven success building relationships
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus
Background in distribution, supply chain, or related industries preferred
