Lifetime Quality Roofing supports homeowners in protecting their most valuable investment. We're a fast-growing, regional roofing company specializing in insurance restoration across the U.S. We value providing high-quality roofing solutions and exceptional customer service.

The Role

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners, generating leads and scheduling free roof inspections with our experienced sales team. You'll combine customer education with genuine relationship-building, turning conversations into opportunities.

No canvassing experience required. We provide comprehensive paid training, proven systems, and ongoing coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct professional door-to-door outreach within assigned territories, educating homeowners about storm damage, roof maintenance, and our services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule free roof inspections for our sales team.
Develop strong working knowledge of our services to confidently communicate value to homeowners.
Accurately record customer information and appointment data using company-provided tools and CRM systems.
Consistently meet daily and weekly appointment goals while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve company objectives and support broader initiatives.

Qualifications

Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable approaching and engaging homeowners in varied settings.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable.
Reliable transportation to and from the office and throughout your territory.
Ability to walk outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
Genuine interest in building a career in sales or leadership.

Compensation & Earning Potential

$15/ hr plus uncapped weekly bonuses ($250+) with unlimited earning potential
