MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR – 1ST SHIFT

PAY: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00

Stanley Electric US is a full-service, tier one supplier to Honda, specializing in the design and production of lighting equipment, accessories, and electronic components. Our London, Ohio facility houses lighting and mold design, construction, production engineering, and dedicated associates in our Quality, Assembly, Sales, and Customer Service departments. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Providing leadership to Associates through daily supervision and interaction in a complex troubleshooting reactive maintenance environment by:

Overseeing repairs and preventive maintenance on all injection molding equipment.
Following preventive maintenance schedules and establishing preventive maintenance procedures.
Monitoring production in order to reduce machine downtime.
Promoting a safe and clean working environment.
Provide leadership to associates through communication of expectations, employee feedback and teamwork.
Helping to control manufacturing cost by tracking and monitoring machine downtime and reject trends to determine the root cause of the defects.
Tracking inventory and requisitions of the maintenance supplies.
Ensuring associates are safely following work instructions ISO procures.
Determining budget for repair maintenance and ensure that repairs meet budgetary
Training associates in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting repairs, injection processing and machine awareness in order to properly maintain the equipment.

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:

High school diploma or GED
5 years’ experience in injection molding manufacturing
2 years’ maintenance leadership
Proficient in MS Office

WORKING CONDITIONS:

General Office Environment (3) hours per day
Manufacturing Environment (5) hour per day
May engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting pushing and pulling of equipment.
May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Occasional overnight travel may be required to perform essential functions at remote locations or receive training.
Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet customer deadlines and requirements.

HAZARDS:

While performing the job the position is frequently exposed to moving or mechanical parts.
Moderate noise levels with specific areas required to wear hearing protection.
