Roles and responsibilities in this position are:

Cleaning swimming pools and spas.
Maintain proper chemical balance for pools and spas.
Inspect pool equipment and perform minor repairs.
Openings and closing pools and spas.
Assisting with services, projects, and repairs.
Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
Managing and operating your own maintenance truck
Make sure assigned jobs are complete and quality of service exceeds customer expectations.
Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner.
Comply with all company policies and regulations.
Strive to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility.
Other duties as assigned.

Prior experience in pool and spa cleaning, maintenance, or a related field preferred, including basic knowledge of pool chemistry.
Ability to inspect pool equipment and perform minor repairs.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform regular outdoor, hands-on work.
Strong customer service skills with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently while managing daily routes.
