Job Overview -

Midwest Site Development LLC is a fast‑growing site work and underground utility contractor serving Central Ohio. We specialize in waterline, sanitary sewer, storm, grading, and full site development projects. Our crews handle everything from excavation and trenching to pipe installation, backfilling, and site preparation for commercial, and municipal projects.

We are currently seeking motivated Laborers, Pipe Layers, and Dozer operators to join our team. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety‑focused, and ready to work in a fast‑paced outdoor environment. Experience in underground utilities or site development is preferred but not required for laborer positions.

Laborers, Pipe Layers and Dozer Operator- site work/water/sanitary/storm

Positions available-

Laborers -

Entry level and experienced laborers for site development and underground utility work and general laborer duties.

Pipe Layers (site/water/storm/sanitary)-

Experienced pipe layers for waterline, sanitary, and storm sewer installation.

Responsibilities include-

Setting and laying pipe to grade

Installing fittings, structures, and bedding

Reading grade stakes and using lasers

Working closely with operators and Forman

Ensuring safe trench conditions

Work includes- Site / Water / Storm / Sanitary installation

Site grading and excavation

Dozer Operator-

1–3+ years' operating a dozer in site development or underground utilities Experience

Ability to follow grade stakes, GPS, or foreman direction

Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and keep equipment clean

Experience with GPS‑equipped dozers
Cutting grade (Experience cutting rough grade for building pads and site work.)
Building pads
Fine grading for stone or topsoil

Job Requirements-

18 +

Valid driver license

Reliable transportation

Ability to work in outdoor conditions

Strong work ethic

Pipe layers applicants must have utility installation experience
