Full Job Description

We're partnering with an established business services organization seeking a motivated sales professional to develop new commercial relationships throughout the local market. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, meeting decision-makers, conducting onsite consultations, and building a book of business with the support of an experienced internal team.

If you're a self-starter who enjoys the hunt more than managing existing accounts, we'd love to connect.

Duties/Functions:

Develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Meet with business owners, executives, property leaders, and operations professionals to better understand their operational needs.
Conduct onsite consultations to evaluate client requirements and identify value-added solutions.
Prepare professional proposals and present customized recommendations.
Negotiate agreements and successfully close new business opportunities.
Partner with internal operations and client success teams to ensure a seamless transition after the sale.
Maintain relationships with new clients during the onboarding process and identify opportunities for future referrals.

1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, outside sales, business development, account acquisition, or consultative selling.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining a disciplined sales process.
Professional presence with the confidence to engage business leaders at all levels.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the local market.
