With product lines like BRP/Can-Am, Sea Doo, Ski Doo, Kawasaki, and Cub Cadet, we are committed to quality service and community engagement. We offer an extensive selection of motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's, mowers, snowmobiles, jet skis and more! Our parts selection and accessories, alongside award-winning service department are also key in our commitment to our customers.

Summary

As a Parts manager, you will be integral to our operations by providing exceptional customer service and support in parts sales. This role is vital for ensuring our customers have access to the right parts for their vehicles/equipment while contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts based on their needs.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfillment of parts.
Provide expert advice on vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair needs.
Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle inquiries and orders professionally.
Collaborate with both service and parts departments to support repair operations.
Negotiate pricing with customers while maintaining profitability for the dealership.
Maintain organized records of parts orders and customer interactions.
Promote special offers and new products to enhance sales opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in powersports or automotive service or parts sales within a dealership environment.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective customer interaction.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail in managing inventory.
Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Experience with order fulfillment processes is beneficial.
Sales experience within the powersports or automotive industry is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
