Position: Automotive Service Advisor / Writer

Location: Decatur, GA & Lawrenceville, GA

Compensation:

Base: $70,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)
Bonus: 1–2% of Total Shop Gross Profit (P&L)
Realistic Earnings: $90K–$130K+

We are looking for top-performing Service Advisors who know how to:

Build trust with customers
Clearly present needed work
Confidently convert opportunities into approved repairs

How This Shop Operates (What to Expect Day-to-Day)

This is a high-efficiency, high-production shop environment built around strong process and consistent workflow.

Every vehicle receives a structured inspection process — creating consistent opportunities on every RO
Fast-paced workflow — inspections, estimates, and customer communication happen quickly
Strong alignment between technicians and advisors to identify and present work efficiently
Visual inspections (photos/videos) are used to build trust and support recommendations
Team-focused approach — everyone works together to maximize total shop performance

This environment is designed for Advisors who are comfortable moving fast, staying organized, and consistently converting opportunities into approved work

What You’ll Be Doing

Greet customers and build rapport quickly
Perform walkarounds and communicate vehicle needs clearly
Present recommended services in a way customers understand and trust
Ask for the sale and consistently close approved work
Follow up on declined work and capture missed opportunities
Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate recommendations
Keep workflow moving and customers informed throughout the process

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of Service Advisor experience preferred
Proven ability to consistently sell and close automotive service
Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced shop
Organized, driven, and results-oriented
Team player who wants to win as a group
